Assembly

STEP 1.

INSTALLATION OF THE FENCE TO THE PARTITION WALL.
Install the frame to the partition wall perfectly plumb and level, and always supported on the finished floor (with cement, fixing foam or screwed with lag bolts to the plasterboard partition wall or with dowels to the brick or block partition wall).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not remove the spacers until the product with which the partition wall is to be sealed is dry.
STEP 4.

- Install device A, already screwed onto the door leaf, fitted into the groove of the frame’s jamb depending on the chosen opening direction (Right or Left), and secure it by screwing with 2 long screws on each hinge once the device is fitted.
- Install device B on the other jamb and screw the strike plate with 2 long screws as well.
- Install device C on the header of the frame with light pressure.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
· The frame jamb where the hinges are located should be positioned flush against the metal stud of the drywall.
· It is recommended to leave a maximum gap of 10 mm between the frame and the metal stud of the drywall.
