Assembly

6 simple steps:

STEP 1.

FENCE ASSEMBLY. Assemble the frame rails and header with the 4 connecting brackets by simply pressing them together.

STEP 2.

PLACEMENT OF SPACERS. Place the 2 spacers (reusable) fitted in the grooves of the frame rails to prevent these rails from closing when they are received by the partition wall.

STEP 3.

INSTALLATION OF THE FENCE TO THE PARTITION WALL.

Install the frame to the partition wall perfectly plumb and level, and always supported on the finished floor (with cement, fixing foam or screwed with lag bolts to the plasterboard partition wall or with dowels to the brick or block partition wall).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not remove the spacers until the product with which the partition wall is to be sealed is dry.

STEP 4.

Screw HINGES AND LOCK . Screw the 3 hinges to the door leaf and device A and the lock to the door leaf and its lock to device B.

STEP 5.

INSTALLATION OF THE DEVICE AND DOOR LEAF TO THE FRAME.
  1. Install device A, already screwed onto the door leaf, fitted into the groove of the frame’s jamb depending on the chosen opening direction (Right or Left), and secure it by screwing with 2 long screws on each hinge once the device is fitted.
  2. Install device B on the other jamb and screw the strike plate with 2 long screws as well.
  3. Install device C on the header of the frame with light pressure.

PASO 6.

INSTALLATION OF LOCK, HANDLES, AND ESCUTCHEONS. Install the set of handles and their escutcheons by screwing them onto the door leaf to complete the installation.
